For HVAC contractors
It's 9:47 PM. Your phone is ringing. Who answers it?
Your receptionist does, in your company's name. It books the job before the caller tries the next contractor on Google. We set it up, check its calls every week, and chase every estimate you send.
Call it like a customer would. It answers as a sample heating and cooling company.
10 booked jobs in your first 60 days, or your next month is free.
- CallerHi, our AC quit tonight. It's 88 in the house.
- ReceptionistSorry to hear that. Is anyone there at risk from the heat, like a baby or someone elderly?
- CallerNo, just the two of us. We're at 4812 Desert Willow Drive.
- ReceptionistThanks. Tomorrow 8 to 10 AM is open. Does that work?

Had there been a baby or an elderly person in that heat, the call would have gone straight to your on-call phone.
The same call, two ways
Homeowners with a broken AC or a dead furnace don't leave a message and wait. They call until someone answers.
Goes to voicemail
- 9:47 PMHomeowner calls. It rings out to voicemail.
- 9:52 PMThey call the next contractor on Google. Someone picks up.
- 7:30 AMYou call back. They booked the other company last night.

Answering is the easy part. Running it is the work.
Plenty of software can pick up a phone. You're not buying software. You're getting a team that keeps it right and turns calls and estimates into booked jobs.
- We listen to your calls every week and fix anything it got wrong.
- We follow up on every open estimate until the customer books or says no.
- We bring past customers back when their tune-up is due.
- We send you the numbers: calls answered, jobs booked, and what they were worth.

Live in about a week
That week is the buildout. You spend about an hour of it on the phone with us.
- 1
We learn your business
We listen to your recent calls and write down your services, service area, hours, diagnostic fee, and what counts as an emergency for you.
- 2
You approve the script
We write how it greets callers and what it can say. Nothing goes live until you sign off.
- 3
Start with after-hours calls
Keep your number and forward after-hours calls first. Add busy-line overflow once you're happy with it.
Safe to put in front of your customers
Your name is on every call it answers, so it's built to be honest, careful and predictable.
It tells callers it's a virtual assistant
Every call opens by saying so, and that the call is recorded. Anyone who wants a person gets a callback.
Emergencies go to your on-call phone
Gas smell, sparking, no cooling with a baby or elderly person at home: it tells the caller to get safe and puts them through to your on-call phone. It never gives DIY safety advice.
It only quotes what you approved
No invented prices or promises. Repair and install costs are left to your technician on site.
Two plans, month to month
A one-time buildout, then a flat monthly fee. No contract. Cancel with 30 days' notice.

Questions contractors ask
Jobber already has an AI receptionist for $29. Why pay you?
Because that's a tool you set up, watch and fix yourself. We do the work: we write the script with you, listen to the calls every week, fix what it gets wrong, chase your open estimates, and send you a report of the jobs we recovered. If you'd rather run it yourself, Jobber's add-on is good, and we'll tell you so on the call.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You forward the calls you can't take: after hours, when the line is busy, or every call.
Will callers know it's AI?
Yes. It introduces itself as a virtual assistant and says the call is recorded. Most callers just want someone to pick up and get them on the schedule.
What happens on an emergency call?
It gives the safe next step, such as leaving the house and calling the gas company, and puts the caller through to your on-call phone right away.
Does it work with my scheduling software?
Today it books into a shared calendar, or texts and emails you the job to put on your board. Tell us what you dispatch from and we'll set it up during the buildout.
Is there a contract?
No. After the one-time buildout it's month to month. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
Do you work with plumbers and electricians?
Yes. The demo answers as a heating and cooling company, but we write the script around your trade, your services and your emergencies.
Hear it answer before you decide
Call as if your AC just quit at 9 PM. If you like what you hear, book a 15-minute call and we'll build one in your company's name.
